Medium Duty Self Leveling Epoxy Flooring

This medium-duty flooring system is designed to deliver a seamless, durable, and high-performance finish for areas with moderate traffic. It starts with a high-performance, solvent-free epoxy primer that deeply penetrates concrete substrates, ensuring superior adhesion, sealing surface porosity, and forming a strong, moisture-resistant base. An epoxy putty is then applied to fill pinholes, minor cracks, and surface imperfections, creating a smooth and uniform substrate. The system is subsequently built up with a self-leveling epoxy coating reinforced with fine silica aggregates, applied at a total thickness of 1–2 mm, providing a seamless, abrasion-resistant, glossy surface with good chemical resistance. It is completed with a UV-resistant polyurethane topcoat that enhances color stability, improves weathering resistance, and ensures long-term aesthetic durability. This system is ideal for warehouses, workshops, production areas, commercial kitchens, and service zones exposed to moderate foot traffic and light vehicular loads.
