Cement Based Leveling and Fairing

This system provides a practical solution for repairing, filling, and levelling concrete and masonry surfaces by combining a polymer-modified bonding layer to improve adhesion and flexibility with a superfine cementitious mortar that can be used in two ways: first, as a filler to repair cracks, joints, and surface voids, and second, as a smooth levelling coat to correct surface irregularities and achieve a uniform, fair-faced finish before applying protective or decorative coatings. This system is typically used for restoring blockwork, plaster, fair-face concrete, and other cementitious surfaces, providing excellent bonding, reduced shrinkage, and long-term durability for both interior and exterior applications.
