It can be applied underwater and is suitable for both internal and external applications, providing reliable repair performance in demanding conditions. The system continues with a water-based penetrating sealer that enhances adhesion, compressive strength, and moisture resistance in substrates such as concrete, plaster, and cement board, while also acting as a curing compound by forming a protective film that prevents premature water loss in fresh concrete.
