Polymer Enhanced Cementitious Render

This integrated finishing system combines a polymer-modified cementitious bonding layer, a high-quality cement-based render, and a penetrating silicone water-repellent treatment to deliver durable and decorative surface protection. The initial cementitious layer acts as a bonding and waterproofing barrier, enabling application over non-porous substrates such as ceramic and porcelain. This is followed by a ready-to-use render designed for surface repair and leveling, capable of achieving smooth or textured decorative finishes with strong adhesion and UV resistance. The system is completed with a solvent-based silicone treatment that penetrates deeply into porous substrates, protecting against water ingress, carbonation, salts, and contaminants while preserving the natural appearance. Suitable for concrete, plaster, blockwork, brickwork, and natural stone surfaces.
