PU Crack Injection
This PU crack injection system is a high-performance, two-component polyurethane solution designed for long-term waterproofing and structural crack repair in concrete, masonry, and stone. It combines a fast-reacting foaming resin and a flexible injection resin. The foaming component reacts instantly with water to form an expanding closed-cell barrier that stops active leakage under pressure. The secondary resin penetrates deeply into cracks, creating a durable, elastic seal that accommodates movement. With low viscosity and excellent adhesion, it effectively fills cracks wider than 0.2 mm, making it ideal for basements, tunnels, foundations, and other water-exposed structures.
