Traffic Deck Polyurethane Coating

This heavy-duty coating system is designed for superior durability and slip resistance in high-traffic or industrial areas. Surface preparation begins with repairing cavities and surface irregularities using a thixotropic epoxy putty, ensuring a smooth and stable substrate. A high-performance epoxy primer follows to enhance adhesion and protect the surface from moisture and chemical exposure. Coarse anti-slip aggregate is then broadcast over the primed surface while still wet. A high-build polyurethane mid-coat is applied to encapsulate the aggregate and form a textured, durable surface. The system is completed with a UV-stable, aliphatic polyurethane topcoat, providing excellent color retention, weather resistance, and a long-lasting aesthetic finish. Ideal for concrete floors in factories, warehouses, parking decks, and loading bays.
